Kitsune

Named after the foxes of Japanese folklore, Kitsune is a sub-brand of a Japanese brewery created for American consumers. The two styles are named after each classification of kitsune: the Zenko (good fox) is benevolent while the Yako (field fox) counterpart is mischievous. The vertical writing on the labels reads "sekai ichiban" (world's best).

Concept branding completed in 2014.

I hold in my hands a secret thing, pulsing to the rhythm of dove wings. Whispers of a new spring, eternal and leafy green.
